WAAutoPilot is a product operated by Ad-Promoter Platforms LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how Ad-Promoter Platforms LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites and online services (collectively, the "Services"), and when you contact our customer service team or otherwise interact with us.

1. Collection of Information

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and information you submit when using the Services or contacting support. When you start a payment, we send your account email, name, and linked phone number, if available, to Flutterwave to initialize its hosted checkout. Flutterwave processes the payment method details you submit there. We receive transaction and subscription information, such as payment status, amount, currency, and transaction references, to verify payments, administer subscriptions, and provide payment records. WAAutoPilot does not ask you to enter full card details into its own checkout interface.

2. Payments and Flutterwave

Flutterwave provides the hosted payment checkout used by WAAutoPilot. Payment method details entered in that checkout are handled by Flutterwave under its applicable terms and privacy notice. We use payment and subscription information returned by Flutterwave to confirm transactions, manage subscription status, and support billing inquiries.

3. WhatsApp Data Processing

To provide our automation services, we process WhatsApp phone numbers, contact names when WhatsApp provides them, message contents, automation rules, and voice-note files. When the bot answers a phone number, we store that customer's messages and the bot's replies for that number. We keep them so the inbox, your auto-replies, and a later assistant for your business can use that chat. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your messaging data, and we do not use those chats to train a public model. Deleting your account deletes these chats.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Services:

  • Flutterwave: receives account contact details needed to initialize hosted checkout and returns transaction and subscription information.
  • OpenWA and WhatsApp: carry connected-session data and messages needed to provide WhatsApp automation.
  • Supabase: stores voice-note files used by configured replies and inbox history.
  • Google Gemini: receives the message and conversation history submitted to the public AI demo so it can generate a reply. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to the demo.
  • Google Analytics: receives analytics data only if you allow optional analytics in cookie settings.
  • Resend and QStash: support account and service emails, scheduled notifications, and optional product or trial-offer emails. We send optional promotional emails only if you opt in during signup. Those emails include an unsubscribe link; opting out does not stop essential security or billing messages.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: operate the application, database, gateway, and service logs.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Depending on provider infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country. We do not receive full card details submitted through Flutterwave's hosted checkout.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

6. Access, Export, and Deletion Requests

You can download a copy of account information and delete your account from the account settings page. Account deletion cancels confirmed recurring billing, disconnects and removes linked WhatsApp sessions, deletes associated voice-note files, and removes account data from our application database. Deletion may be delayed if a connected service is unavailable; the application will report an incomplete deletion so it can be retried. Flutterwave and other providers may retain separate records under their own legal and retention obligations. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a data-protection authority.
